- An established producer of products based on truffles, Sabatino Truffles, obtained a strategic investment from Traub Capital Partners (TCP) in April 2023. It's expected that this investment will change everything for Sabatino by advancing their capabilities in two critical areas: manufacturing and distribution networks.

Made with real shiitake mushrooms, the meat alternative will be sold at all Beatnic locations.
- Big Mountain Foods, a food company based in Vancouver, announced in October 2021 that it will partner with Sprouts Farmers Market, a leader in gut-healthy foods, to introduce the first Lion's Mane mushroom product line in North America.
