  • Embraco presented the primary product launch at AHR in January 2022. Embraco presented a number of refrigeration solutions at the AHR show in Las Vegas from January 31 to February 2. Innovation has been introduced with each new product launch to meet the needs of the food service and retail sectors for commercial refrigeration. The "Evaporative Drain Pan" (EDP) lineup, which is intended for reach-ins and under counters in the food service sectors, is a recently created condensing unit portfolio from Embraco. EDP offers a new line of highly energy-efficient Embraco compressors with a wide range of options in natural refrigerant (R290). These compressors are developed with all prospective legislation pertaining to global warming in mind and feature options for variable speed compressors.
  • Panasonic Corporation unveiled a new product for households in October 2022 that uses natural refrigerant. The company has declared that it will accelerate its growth strategy for the A2W (air to water) heat pump business in Europe through its Heating & Ventilation A/C Company.  In May 2023, the company plans to launch three new environmentally friendly models in Europe that are designed for households with varying heating capacity and use natural refrigerants. As the first Japanese manufacturer, Panasonic will launch three new A2W home models in May 2023 utilizing R290 natural refrigerant, which has a very low greenhouse effect.
