- An award was made in June 2023 to L3Harris Technologies and its Team Lynx partners for developing and prototyping the XM30 Mechanized Infantry Combat Vehicle, the Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle of the U.S. Army. Team Lynx collaborated with Anduril Industries, Raytheon, Allison Transmission, and Textron Systems to develop a vehicle idea that would be prototyped and tested to increase future soldiers' mobility, lethality, and safety. The U.S. Army awarded contracts to two groups totaling more than USD 700 million, with completion scheduled for 2027.
