• The European Commission approved Novartis' "Pluvicto," the first targeted radioligand treatment for progressing PSMA-positive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, in December 2022. "Pluvicto" is authorized for use in conjunction with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) with or without suppression of the androgen receptor pathway (AR).
