- Seneca's new electronic health record system went live in May 2023. Our old system will replace the new EHR, providing patients with a more efficient and secure way to electronically manage their health and wellness information. The EHR system aims to give the community a new, more efficient patient portal, better technology, and security. This new system will move all billing to a new outside company called R1. They can assist with billing inquiries and payments for services rendered on or after June 2023. Using this platform, patients will have easier access to their records. The system will also make it easy for out-of-network doctors to share patient information.
