A lump of fragrant ice grown in a porcelain bowl or glass is known as Sorbet. The word “Sorbe” is derived from the Arab word “Sherbet”. Sorbet, also known as sorbet is made with sweetened juice but basically it main contents are water, sugar and fruit puree.
